Information you provide
When you send a brief, we receive your name, email address, delivery location, selected product interest, project message and your consent acknowledgement. If you choose to include them, we also receive your company, estimated quantity, timing and any concept transferred from the preview. Please do not send payment details or sensitive personal information through this form.
How your information is used
Your brief is sent to our project mailbox so we can respond, prepare a proposal and communicate about your project. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing email. We also process limited technical information to operate the site, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery problems.
The interactive preview and cookies
The preview runs in your browser. Choosing “Build a brief from this” puts your product, text, ink and type choices in the next page’s URL, so those choices can also appear in browser history and server logs. Avoid entering confidential text. The form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions. The current site does not load advertising or analytics trackers, and fonts and product images are hosted with the website. It does not use information for cross-site behavioral advertising; there is no separate response to Do Not Track signals.
Service providers and disclosures
Our website hosting and email providers process the technical data and inquiry contents needed to deliver these services. Project details may be shared with a production or delivery provider where needed for an agreed project; we do not sell your inquiry details. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety or the service. Providers may process data in countries other than yours.
Retention and security
Project inquiries are held in our business mailbox for handling the request and any resulting project, and may be kept where needed for business records, legal obligations or disputes. There is no automatic deletion date for inquiry emails. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that is no longer needed. The form uses HTTPS, validation and abuse controls; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Abuse-control identifiers are derived from IP addresses and expire through routine cleanup; hosting logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention settings.
Your choices
Email hello@sonilaser.com to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you supplied, or to withdraw permission for optional future contact. We may need to verify the request and retain information where the law or an active project requires it. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children and changes
This site is intended for business project inquiries, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so it can be addressed. Changes to this notice will be published on this page; material changes affecting existing information will be communicated where required.
