Let’s make something
HOW IT WORKS

FROM A LITTLE IDEA
TO A GOOD THING.

A clear brief. Thoughtful details. A go-ahead you can feel good about.

01

START WITH
YOUR PEOPLE.

Tell us the occasion, what you want to say, your estimated quantity, destination and ideal timing. Have a budget in mind? Include it in your brief. You don’t need finished artwork to start.

02

SHAPE
THE DIRECTION.

We discuss product options, artwork and presentation. You receive a project-specific quote covering the agreed selection, customization, quantities and delivery arrangements.

03

LOOK CLOSELY.
GIVE THE GO-AHEAD.

Review the artwork proof, spelling, placement, product specifications and written order details. The interactive site preview is only a starting point. Production begins after the required approvals and payment arrangements are agreed.

04

MAKE IT.
SEND IT.

Production and shipping follow the confirmed project schedule. We keep project communication tied to your order and flag any changes that need your decision. Delivery timing and destination eligibility are confirmed before you commit.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum quantities depend on the product and customization method. Tell us roughly how many pieces you need; we’ll confirm suitable options in your quote.

How much will my project cost?

Pricing depends on product selection, quantity, artwork, packaging and delivery. We quote each project before you commit. There is no payment or checkout on this website.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes—tell us what you have in your brief. We’ll explain the file requirements during the project conversation. Please only share artwork you own or have permission to use.

Can you meet my event date?

Include your target date and delivery city/state. Availability, production time and shipping vary, so a date is only confirmed as part of your agreed project schedule.

Is the online preview my final design?

No. It helps you communicate an idea. On-screen colors, placement and materials are illustrative; the product details and production proof need a separate approval.

Will submitting a brief subscribe me to marketing?

No. Your brief is used to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and discuss the project. It does not sign you up for promotional email.

SMALL OBJECTS. BIG INTENT.

MAKE IT
MEAN SOMETHING.

A welcome. A thank-you. A team moment. Let’s put your name on it.
