Inquiries are not orders
Submitting a brief is a request to discuss a project. It does not create a purchase, reserve inventory, authorize production or require payment. A project proceeds only when the parties agree to its written scope, quote, approvals and payment arrangements. The written project agreement identifies Sonilaser LLC and the agreed project details.
Products, images and previews
Product images and the interactive preview illustrate creative directions. They are not evidence of completed client projects or a guarantee of available inventory. Screen colors, print placement, scale, materials and finishes may differ from a physical product. Final specifications and the production proof are confirmed separately.
Quotes, delivery and changes
Pricing, minimum quantities, taxes, shipping costs, destination eligibility, estimated schedules and quote validity are set out in the project quote. We do not promise a delivery date through this website. Cancellation, changes, defects, returns and any refund arrangements must be agreed in the project terms before an order is placed, subject to applicable law.
Your artwork and messages
Only send or request the use of names, logos, artwork and other materials that you own or are authorized to use. You remain responsible for checking submitted content and approving the final proof, including spelling and layout. Sharing a brief allows us to review its contents and prepare a response; permission for production is agreed separately.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send spam, unlawful content, malicious files or misleading requests; interfere with the service; or attempt to access systems or information without permission. We may decline a request or restrict access where needed to protect the service.
Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy describes how inquiry and technical information is handled. We use the address you provide for responses, proposals and project-related communication. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a promotional mailing list.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Please confirm material product information in your written quote before relying on it. Website content is not a guarantee of production results. Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
The current website terms are published on this page. Changes do not retroactively alter a separately agreed project contract. Contact hello@sonilaser.com if anything needs clarification before you send a brief.
